There are many paths to peace. Meditation is one path. The general recommendation is 20 minutes once or twice a day (usually at a set time). I find mornings and evenings best. The morning meditation calibrates the mind and sets the baseline for the day. The evening meditation helps to settle the mind after a sometimes demanding and stressful day. Initially, it may be challenging to carve out the time for self-care. But where you can, you may find everything else falls easily into place when the mind is calmer and less cluttered.
